The first room we were given had mold on the wall and ceiling of the bedroom. The second room had poor wifi reception. Both had comfortable beds. We expected 'free breakfast' but it was only coffee, dry bread, and a few small pieces of fruit. The restaurant/reception area had good wifi but was really cold in the mornings. The location was good - only two blocks from the main central square complex.

No electrical outlets in room made for difficulty charging computer and phone. Free breakfast voucher was not explained to mean bread and coffee only, until after already eaten. Bathroom so small had to sit sideways on toilet to go. Not recommended for tall people. Staff very friendly and helpful

The location was really good but that was about it. There was supposedly continental breakfast included but that was just black coffee or herbal tea with some cut up slices of bread. The service was poor. The room wasn't in great condition but the cleaners were good.

Had to upgrade to get enough space, but larger room was excellent. Breakfast terrible but lots of cheap cafés. Whole place was cold, winter in San Cristóbal, but everybody pretends it's warm. Take a puffer jacket! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff in the hotel was nice and kind but overall the cleanness was terrible also one day the don't have hot water the towels looks like rag for car cleaning so, very disappointed

The hotel is well located however the rooms are in need of paint and some bathroom fixes. There are no heaters on the rooms so it gets pretty cold during te night if you want to go to the bathroom. Overall the service and staff of a great job cleaning and making the rooms look good but the hotel needs to invest some money to make it look pretty or at least decent. I would definitely not stay there agin unless it gets so remodeling In the rooms

Room was very small. toilet very close to wall, paper towel far to rich. Some guests were to noice one night. Very close to plaza of San Cristobal de las casas.

The hotel staff was friendly, The rooms were small, no air conditioning, the bathrooms were tiny, hardly room to move, but at least there was plenty of hot water. Limited WiFi, only in the hallways, and the only electrical outlets were in the bathroom, and difficult to use for re-charging phones and electronic devices unless you had an extension cord.

The hotel is nice, the staff very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as expected and the bathroom stank, something must have been broken in the toilet. Maintenance is needed.

Arrived after a stay in a more expensive hotel but this was much better. Very convenient for the town centre as well.

The hotel is a very good area close to everything two blocks from the zocalo. The hotel is very basic, but i was never in the hotel except at night for a few hours, very good price. It has everything you need.

Small rooms, little noicy staff, but in general very freindly. Well located. We would go back.
