Their motto “natural and happy” really fits. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the natural touches like natural soaps and cucumber mint infused water made it a comfortable, happy place to stay. An oasis in a hot city.

Had a lot of great views from the upper floors. Lots of great things to do around the area within walking distance.

I had a great stay, very friendly staff check in with super easy.

This hotel was just perfect! The staff were all very friendly, especially service desk. The rooms were well stocked. The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother us. Within walking distance to everything! Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience ❤️

Would stay here again. Centrally located in the North loop with easy access to public transportation, good food, and events.

Great price, great location, small but nice rooms!

A/C was very difficult to control and the fan right next to/over the bed was incredibly noisy.

It’s in a great location and a lot of food spots nearby! The only thing I dislike you have to verbally request cleaning and room service but they don’t tell you that.

The pictures are VERY deceiving! Rooms are so tiny you can’t walk around your bed without a tight squeeze. No dressers but two drawers under the bed that are ridiculous to even bother to use. Be cautious if the shower floor it was extremely slippery! And the water goes onto the floor u less you have the shower head pointed at the wall. The room wasn’t in poor condition, just very 2 star hotel furniture. There was a partial fake lash in my shower floor, other than that the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, pillows are very flat. The cold air was definitely amazing! The view is okay, not bad, I was on the 9th floor with a view. Okay the elevators!!!! They are NOSIY and take FOREVER!! Don’t expect coffee or fruit in the morning lol. Use spot hero app for parking! Location was useful.

The sink was stopped up and shower smelled like raw sewage! The wallpaper had stains and dried liquids dripping down. It was not very clean . I would never stay at this Hotel again!

Very comfortable, and helpful, friendly staff. I loved the location too.

I was told there would be a nominal fee collected by the hotel for the resort fee on top of the quoted fee. I arrived at the hotel and they required a “urban fee” three times what was quoted. I call that bait and switch.

We went there for a Stray Kids concert, and chose to stay at Hotel Felix due to the name being the same as one of the band members, it was also super close to the shops and a very easy drive to Wrigley Field where the concert was.

We stayed 2 nights for a Concert. The staff was friendly and they rooms were clean and comfy.

Decently clean, friendly staff and was in walking distance from almost everything I needed to get to. Will definitely be booking again
