We stayed for 3 nights for easy access to Southmead. It served the purpose. The room was good and staff were responsive.

This is a really nice Holiday inn Express with absolutely excellent staff. We were met by a very nice person, the room was clean and the house keepers very helpful. Best were the bar staff who served cheerfully at all times to a large, slightly drunk, group of rugby supporters. If I go to Cardiff Principality Stadium again this is where I am staying!

Good value. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. What more could you ask for.

A nice hotel. But beware that there is another Holiday Inn less than a mile away. I went to the wrong hotel to start with, others do the same according to staff!

The staff were brilliant

Holiday Inn Express generally offer good value for money. Room was nice. Howevever we have stayed at this hotel many times now and this was the first time we had been unable to shower first thing in the morning due to cold water. When we raised this with the team we were told there were too many guests staying and the system couldnt cope with it! We were able to shower later in the morning but this threw our plans out due to delayed departue

Lovely and clean, good breakfast

Apart from the the room everything was shambles toilets were dirty breakfast no cutlery available food trays were empty nothing there to eat it was like prison camp

The hotel was busy, but felt they did not had enough staff. However, the staff was doing good services

Good check in experience. Breakfast very busy. 9am Good Friday was about a 15min wait for a table. Staff working hard to clear tables.

Wash basin is block., The bedsheet is up.
