Clean and pet friendly!

Nice location. Nice room.

My only issue was having to have our key cards redone twice - never experienced that at a hotel before

This hotel was very nice. The woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious. We even had a dog made from a towel on our bed, super cute! That was my girls favorite thing. They had a great breakfast selection with cozy seating. We would definitely stay here again!

This was not a good experience. Room was very spacious however the carpet was loose due to age. The sofa sleeper was worn out so badly that the springs were coming through the mattress. The TV remote would not operate correctly.

Judy checked me in and she is wonderful!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and when she was done helping me, she went back to being busy taking care of other things. She was breath of fresh air after our 13hr drive. Our room was upgrade, Thank you Judy. It was wonderful. The pool was great. Breakfast was the bomb! The property was awesome. The hotel overall was relaxing, safe, quiet, and just wonderful!!

Not only was I able to get my room early but Melissa was there to greet me with a bottled water. The room was great. The hot tub was amazing! Breakfast was smaller than some restaurants BUT makes up in quality. Fresh fruit, make your own waffles, cereal, scones. I can’t complain about anything.

Heading home after a 10 day trip. Wanted to get through Dallas Fort Worth in this hotel stood out and look nice.

Seth at the front desk was very nice. The toilets practically sit on the floor. Which is great for a kid but not a handicap person. Then the sink is so tall, not great for a kid or a handicap person. The tile is not cleaned throughout the entire bathroom just in the main walking area. There was dirt build up in the corners of the walls on the tile behind the toilets. Restrooms need a deep cleaning. Our bottle of body was was completely empty. Which means the maid service did NOT check it when she cleaned the room. And we already had to wait an extra time to get into the room because she wasn't done cleaning by check in time.

Location was a little difficult to find in the dark but it felt safe and was clean stay.

The room and linens were fresh and clean. Loved the hand soap and lotion dispensers. Could not get the water to turn on in the shower. :( Wierd. We were in a hurry to leave as we had an impending storm looming, so we didnt take advantage of the morning breakfast. But the help at the front desk about 8AM was amazing. I only wish I could provide her name. Overall, great stay.
