Personnel is absolutely fantastic,very friendly and accomodating,breakfast is amazing you don't know from where to start.Restaurant for dinner si excellent also we had pizza that was amazing,i honestly wasn't expecting anything so fabolous

We asked for an iron and they gave us the iron and the ironing board in the lobby to carry to the room ourself after asking for 20 euro security deposit. Rooms need upgrades. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel

Clean and tidy hotel and close to motorway

This hotel is not a good hotel for business. The air conditioning in the rooms is exceptionally poor and hardly works. The windows hardly open, on my room the handle was broken and nearly falling off. They booked a coachload of teenagers into the hotel on the same corridor as us. Of course they ran amok running up and down the corridors in the night screaming and shouting. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in. The breakfast is awful, hardly anything is edible its cheap and nasty. It was close to where i needed to be but that was it, will not stop here again.

Very nice place to stay. Handy to Malpensa airport, Milan and Lake Como. Good access to the train station to go to Milan without driving (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive). Very comfortable and excellent food. Stayed here at the beginning of our trip and came back to stay here before going home again.

When booking into the hotel we've been told that since we booked to a room in ground floor, our room will not be in the hotel but at the motel rooms next to the hotel. Had to walk out into a totaly dark area and found out that the room had a window to a totly dark underground parking and was freezing cold. Called reception and they claim that due to county policy they cannot start the heating before October 15th. Only after returning the the reception and tough argument with the very unfriendly women at the desk, they moved us to a room on first floor in the hotel. This room was slightly better and warmer but the window was again looking in to a dark parking. Never again. Stay away.

Room not thoroughly clean, got hairs in bidet, bed is not comfy, unpleasant experience with the server reprimanded me when I was looking their pastry fridge in their breakfast room or hall. Not happy with this place 😞

Horrible Stay First (Air Condition): First night, room was very warm. the receptionist told me that she changed the AC controls from her desk from 23 to 18 degrees. Nothing changed all night. Second night i asked for help again, but the receptionist surprised me that AC is off all over the hotel & won’t be on because it’s the city law as we are not in summer yet & i should know their law. How should a tourist know about such a rule/law when the hotel is promoted as an air-conditioned facility. On the 3rd night, it was very hot. The receptionist offered me to change the room & i questioned how that would help if AC is not working anywhere anyways. but it was too late as i won’t go through the hassle moving my 1.5 years old sleeping kid & our stuff while we will leaving on the next morning at 7 am. My daughter (1.5 years) was waking up every few mins crying & sweating of the hot weather. They couldn’t at least offer a fan. Second (Mini fridge) the mini fridge power is ON only when they key is its wall mount in the room. So we kept one key in the mount at all times as we had our baby’s food in the fridge. For 2 days in a raw, housekeeping would clean the room in the morning & take our key upon leaving the room. We come back at evening time to find the fridge with no power & food is rotten. Third (safe box) The safe box was lose in the cabinet (not fixed) that anyone could just left it up, take it all & leave the room. Fourth (room size) doesn’t fit baby crib

Impeccable. White glove clean. I was completely comfortable from the bathroom to the bed. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed which made me sleep as if I were at home. All aspects of my stay were perfect. Dania was exceptional in making our stay complete.

Reasonably priced, directly next to the main highway, but not loud. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, bathroom clean and modern. A very good place to stop overnight.

Nice hotel, good breakfast for free. The air conditioning barely worked, and you could only crack the window. And the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30. Otherwise we wouldn’t have any complaints.

Fine hotel for overnight stay during traveling. Close to the high way. Trip to Como is a good possibility

Rooms are big and the restaurant is very good. Free parking and wifi too
