It was clean!

Very clean and inviting hotel. Breakfast had a variety of options. Which was a bonus. Staff was so nice from check in to, breakfast and checkout.

Graeat location, resturants were close

The room has a smell too it when we entered. I had to leave the window open when we went out the first day. A towel had someone else's hair on it...Didn't seem like head hair. First breakfast day, I noticed my bagel had mold on it. Second day's breakfast I noticed all the bagels out had mold on them and were dated with Dec 24. Staff was friendly and they made our bed after the first night. No refresh on towels thought. Right next to a Sam's club so helpful for me. Plus, there were a few close restaurant chooses. It was nice to swim, but I do wish it was deeper. Only 4 feet deep. Gym is small but thankfully got my workout in with no other guest coming in. Parking lot wasn't not plowed well. All surrounding roads and properties were clear.

The location was extremely noisy as well as the people above us. The rooms needed updating. You had to shower in standing water. The staff was excellent.

Perfect for a small vacation to see a few things in Kansas City clean safe place close to family

Awesome super late check in after KC Chiefs game! Comfortable beds, clean rooms & awesome breakfast! Loud hallways and above us in the morning so that was unfortunate as we wanted to sleep after a late night but it is a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk was so friendly. Everything was great

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com at a rate of $130. When I arrived and checked in, the front desk employee charged $170 and with taxes it came up to $200. I consider that to be bait and switch. I felt cheated. The room itself was nothing special whatsoever, a king bed, and bathroom. I will never patronize this brand ever again.

Desk worker was amazing when we checked in and checked out. Shower was the BEST and we travel alot.

We stopped on way in and way out of our trip as a layover - great experience and staff
