From a lobby that smelled like a sewer to small details (empty tissue box) to inadequate a/c to dangerous tub (no tub floor grips/ slick as ice/glass) to paper-thin walls to front desk personnel who barely paid us attention …this place is awful. Also only 1 elevator that was too small for more than 3 people with luggage. Wow. Totally opposite from Palm Desert Holiday Inn Express.

Parking was simple, front desk was friendly and room was clean. Stayed one night, no issues. Area is hit and miss but the hotel and its surroundings appeared well kept. Lots of options for dining close by.

Little English spoken, but the people were very friendly and helpful

I actually reserved a room for my soon-to-be daughter in-law for the wedding day. The property was clean and safe, and a place for their wedding night. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, even accommodating a slightly early check-in. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, or a better stay!

Plenty of restaurants within walking or driving distance. Hotel and room was immaculate.
