Clean room, basic but good for the price. Watch out for the door in the bathroom as this swings to act as toilet door and main bathroom door and my wife trapped her fingers.

The staff were all great from beginning to end. Beds and pillows were comfy. Quiet & relaxing. We enjoyed pizza, very good! The breakfast was great too. Would stay again!

Really attentive staff, whether front desk, foodservice, or cleaning, I found everyone helpful and cheery.

No air conditioning or stairs

Clean room, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. We had an adjoining door to our room which meant we could hear our neighbours in the passion of the night and the bed was a little less comfortable than similarly priced Premier Inn and Travelodge. Otherwise it was good and we would probably stay again if in the area.

The room itself was ok, the toilet beneath the seat was heavily stained.

I phoned the hotel specifically to ask them if they have AC in the rooms as the website was not clear about my query. I was quoted “ALL OUR ROOMS HAS AC” unfortunately non of there rooms have AC.

Far to warm. No air con in rooms just a plug in fan to circulate the warm air. Can open window a few inches but does nothing to cool the temperature. Someone's toe nail left on floor. Hair dryer didn't work. Breakfast was ok. Glad to leave to get air con in car. Won't be booking this place if it's warm again!!!!! Did ask staff not really interested.

The staff here were excellent. My husband has mobility problems and I left him in reception to take our bags to the room, intending to go back. I came out of our room and my husband was there had been helped and escorted by a member of staff. I should have taken his name but I forgot.

TV was not working, Prince fixed but was still unable to tune in to BBC 1 and several other channels. Very helpful, and happy staff - always ready with a smile. Thank you

Our room had no air conditioning and was above the kitchen, which made us both noisy and uncomfortably hot. The children really struggled to sleep, which meant no sleep for us either. Staff were nice and the room was clean but if only stay again in the winter months.

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location. Plenty of parking and catered for gluten free.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, have only given 4 stars overall due to early morning noise between 6 and 7.30 from guests staying above.

Great value hotel with excellent free breakfast. Rooms could do with a little updating.

Check-in good, room clean, bed comfey, bathroom shower a reasonable size. I appreciate the included parking and decent breakfast from 0600. Dinner opened at 1800 but tap beer not available for another hour and food on the menu we requested not available so walked 10min down the road to another place for dinner.
