clean & kindly staff at the reception.. Only worried extra charge for the parking.

The staff were lovely and it was very convenient location

Everything was good, Only issue we only received 2 towels for 3 guests.

The hotel was good but when I got there I was told I hadn’t paid which resulted in me having to pay again. I went away and looked into it and found confirmation I had paid via hotels.com. Went back to reception and showed evidence of this. They advised never received payment from 3rd party. Advised to speak to hotel manager next day who was very helpful in resolving issue and giving me a refund.

Only a poorly working fan, no AC in the massive heatwave. Very overpriced over the UKGE for weekend. Had to pay for parking as well for the weekend when it was advertised as free it seemed. Shower had some fixes to it but turned upside anti clockwise with parts showing.

Nice clean room. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking.

Clean perfect for one evening stay

We stopped here for 3 nights to be near a venue we were attending.The staff very helpful The room was comfortable, clean with a walk in shower . Tea and coffee and hair dryer in the room . Would definitely book again if in the area.

This is suited to someone who only needs a quick fix and not a longer term guest this was clearly our undoing

Great hospitality and friendly staff!!!

Well located and even though in motorway services. I stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned once, even had to ask for more toilet paper. But, the room was comfortable and quiet. It was not clear at booking that the parking was £20, but not too bad for four days.

Basic and run down. Very handy for Birmingham airport at a fraction of the cost of one of the Airport hotels. Parking is extra for overnight stay as it’s the services car park.
