Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was a wonderful addition to the stay. Had to extend my stay for a short bit due to flight delay and housekeeping and guest services were both very understanding and accommodating. Front desk packed a snack to go package for me as well. So lovely!

Everything was comfortable and nicely clean!

The front desk staff could be more professional in terms of service and appearance. Young man that checked me in was wearing a hoodie. Lobby and hallways were dirty. Front lobby area definitely needed attention. Our room showed signs of wear particularly in the bathroom. Fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Sudbury was amazing....the pool...the staff...the king bed....the breakfast...only missing the girlfriend.
