Bathroom had poor ventilation. Our air conditioner made sounds and was not properly working.

I am a member of IHG and whenever I travel I always stay at IHG Hotels.

Property was clean. Service was friendly and accommodating.

Close to everything and everyone

bed excellent- room pretty clean; ac wrked perfectly. towels were hard-literally hard!

There were some minor issues with housekeeping. Aside from that, no problems.

Good but room needed attention

Excellent check in staff, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The male employee responsible for the breakfast was rude, unfriendly and acted like he didn't want to be bothered.

Arrived - and right in front of our room door, (319) excessive noticeable grime, just vacuuming solved that problem, carpets in hallway and room, distinctive order, old, possibly not steamed or replaced in a long time. Staff was on top of Vacume, very next day, room ironing table, cane apart when closing it, desk agent Sunday 5/4, 11 am, at time of check out, said she would have it replaced before next guest

My stay was very smooth and excellent. Also I love the bed, I slept like a baby.

Pretty worn down, carpet in room was disgusting, I was afraid to take my socks off.

Staff asked if we needed anything.very helpful and very nice.keep my room clean everyday I was there.

The room needed some TLC updates. Hole in the wall behind the door, vent in bathroom filthy, shower diverter broken and room not totally clean. Dissatisfied as we usually stay at holiday inn and don’t have problems. Our room was not worth it for the money spent.
