Decent, nothing to write home about. It was affordable for the area and good breakfast. Very convenient to the Condado area.

this pace will charge you valet parking, and you did not even have a car. you will be stuck for hours looking for a parking space on the street. be ready for 33 dollars plus tax packing.

There was only one elevator working and there was a smell of mildew in the hallway of our floor.

Elevator didn't work all of my stay. I couldn't give a 5 star because of that.

The beds are incredibly comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff is amazing, and I love my experience here! I would give it 5 stars!

The only thing that I didnt like was parking. The valet parking while properly staffed was a bit too n the high side at $30 a day. The buffet breakfast was excellent and always fresh.

Stains in my room on the curtains, be prepared to shower UP AGAINST A WALL because if not your bathroom will quickly be flooded with water! The bathroom shower floor is just a floor! No ledge to catch water. Can’t open up the windows so enjoy getting your air from the air conditioner. The room service was 7/10 they missed cleaning on 3 out of 5 of my days stay, cherry on top is being charged 300 extra dollars there for mystery reasons, then being charged an additional 150 3 days later after I’ve arrived home! Do the math, this place is not worth it.

We found the hotel to be disappointing. The staff was super friendly and professional, but unfortunately, with one broken elevator, it made getting to the room, difficult or uncomfortable with a packed elevator, the air conditioner was noisy and leaking water all over the floor in the room. We got tired of seeing dirty and garbage filled cleaning service cart outside our door during our entire stay, and then you heard all the cleaners talking right outside our door during the morning and most importantly it’s pretty disgusting to have the wrong size toilet seat over the modern toilet that you have in there forcing us to try to keep our legs off the gross toilet bowl every time she went to the bathroom.
