Nice staff good facilities

Pleasant stay and great food, as usual in Germany!

We chose to stay at this hotel while visiting family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever seen among similar 4 Star hotels. The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it. On-site parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

Nice hotel. Reception staff quite off standish but helpful.Very nice breakfast. Lovely ,hardworking breakfast staff. Wish there was a kettle in the room,I like to have a coffee or tea when I want one. Could not fault this hotel at all and would come back again.

Spent one night and arrived later than planned, so we barely saw this hotel in the daytime, but it served us well for the night. The room & bed were comfortable and had enough space for us. There was a nice view from the window facing the back of the hotel, which was quite peaceful in the morning. Didn't have breakfast there. The area was nice and quiet, and there are restaurants within about 10 min walk. Very nice place.

This is a modern hotel built in 2007 to the highest standards. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped (note: no kettle) with nice linen, an excellent shower with plenty of room. A first for us was the fact that we heard absolutely no noise from people in the corridor/next door rooms nor indeed and plumbing noises from neighbouring rooms. The shower room had a heated tile flooring and the room was warm with windows that could be easily opened. Breakfast was a first rate hel-yourself affair with a great selection of continental foods meat, cheeses, serials, fruits etc. I recommend this hotel without reservation as a great place to stay. 5 stars all round.

A faultless stay from start to finish, staying 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful prior to arrival and throughout our stay. I would most definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was nicely located for our excusions to the castle (our main point of interest). This was a very clean, well appointed hotel with nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good. Parking was open and available.

It's a really nice place with really nice food. It was my first trip to this town, but I'd happily go back and I'd happily stay in this hotel again.

Excellent Hotel in great surroundings. Welcoming friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. Within walking distance of Schloss Neuhaus centre and all amenities. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel and close to town centre or alternatively bus stop directly outside. Extensive buffet selection at breakfast which was excellent. Visited at Christmas and addition of traditional German biscuits to help yourself to at reception was a really simple but lovely touch.
