Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff, breakfast in a beautiful room with a great selection of items and great view. Had a couple of requests that were handled quickly. The pool is warm in the winter and was never too busy. We will definitely be back.

Everyone was so lovely at the hotel. From when we were greeted by Lionel at the gondola station, to the woman at the front desk, all the employees worked hard and were so accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. The dining area had an amazing view of the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay; the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and kind.

Our room was immaculate when checking in and the entire staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast buffet was everything you would want and more. Our dinner (salmon) was the finest tasting ever had and we eat a great deal of fish. Lastly, Maria and Joseph our servers and the chef are outstanding! .

Murren is a beautiful little town that is perfect for hiking. (we went in the summer) This hotel is located near the train station so the access is easy and it's a short walk from the gondola too. The restaurant is magnificent and the staff super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but it should be finished soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

One of kind family hotel. I completely impressed with their professionalism, and beautiful hospitality. Hereremains at the top of the pile for me. Rooms are excellent but the service from staff and the many food options are all first class. Go and enjoy.

Beautiful hotel, great views & very friendly staff.

The property have fantastic view of the mountains . Welcome aperetivo for the guests is appreciated . They have a good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner . The room is pretty big . I think they need to consider air conditioning as we are experiencing climate change everywhere including Switzerland .
