The room was clean, staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room was adequate and the hotel was centrally located with easy access to the main square. Breakfast was a modest buffet beginning at 6 AM with an option to special order. Some fruit was available, which was good. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. However, it was extremely loud outside. People congregated outside the hotel at all hours of the night and were very loud.

Good options for breakfast, staff were helpful and friendly (helped us book taxis, etc), bed was huge and comfortable. Blackout blinds helped us sleep. Fridge in the bedroom was useful, and shower was nice and hot. Walking distance to the square was a positive too

The hotel is in a great location. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. But the best thing is the staff. Super helpful and go above and beyond. The atm opp the hotel took my debit card and the staff did everything they cpuld to help me retrieve it. Thank you!

Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent customer service. The sound from hall and from the open window in the bathroom was a problem. We struggled to get some good rest on Saturday night when the bars in the vicinity were open till dawn.

Hotel provided early check-in ( for a price ). Whixh I was greatful for after a long bus ride from Nasca. Water pressure was excellent and hot, room also had air-conditioning. Great upstairs lounge area with views over Arequipa towards Mountains.

I love this chain of hotels in Peru. My next one to try will be in Cusco

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Free bottles of water everyday. Location is great. Bring a good jacket because restaurants and bars are cold in Puno. Would recommend this hotel.

Travelers should be aware that drivers may not know how to get to the property as streets in the area are mostly pedestrian only. However, it is possible for vehicles to directly access the hotel on one street only.
