From the moment we checked in, our stay at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing. As soon as we used the restroom in our original room, we realized it was clogged. We called the front desk, and they said someone would be right up. After waiting 25-30 minutes with no response, I called again — only to be cut off mid-sentence with "She's coming up right now." Still, nothing. After another 25 minutes, I called a third time, and was told, "Omg I'm so sorry, just hang tight, we'll assign you to a new room." No one ever came to look at the issue or speak to us directly. We were simply told that we would be called when the new room was ready - and we would need to go back to the front desk for new keys. In the second room, things didn't improve. Within 30 minutes, the power in the bathroom went out completely. The shower and fridge had visible mold, and it was clear the room hadn't been properly maintained. The front desk staff didn't seem to care much and didn't offer any real assistance. One person was seated the entire time we passed through the lobby. Overall, this was a very poor experience. We were left to handle issues on our own, and the staff's lack of urgency or basic hospitality made it even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

Ended up having to change rooms late in the 2nd day of my stay because the shower that had been reported that morning was still not repaired. Moved to the new room and got to work responding to day's email from not being in the office and didn't notice until late that the floor of the bathroom had not been mopped since at least the prior occupant's stay - as a guy, looking at an unclean black marble floor, you know what you're looking at. Needless to say, that's just poor and it was too late in the evening for me to change rooms again. I noticed after that that most of the surfaces (sink top, side tables, etc) had clearly not been wiped down in some time. Next morning I go to have breakfast and the only people there were me and the attendant who was intently watching Youtube videos by the bar (I couldn't help but hear them.) I almost sat in a sticky chair that someone had clearly spilled a drink in and onto the floor below. I left the chair to the side of the table to signal "hey - this is a mess." After breakfast, I walked up to the desk to share my concerns as I was leaving and noticed that the chair that I was pointing out was pushed back in and nothing had been cleaned up. This just signals to me a lack of supervision and focus on details. I didn't realize this hotel was part of the Marriott chain but it certainly isn't part of the standards I was taught by Marriott early in my career. Just disappointing - I actually like the hotel.

The bar and restaurant was closed due to short of staff . The breakfast was for 10 dollars per day per adult it was horrible, you better of going out for breakfast. There was water bugs in hallway . There was an odor in the hallway and elevator.

Two weeks ago, we made a weekend reservation at this hotel, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Rehab and the rest of the staff provided outstanding service, making us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The only thing to keep in mind is that having a car is quite necessary to get around, as public transportation options in the area are limited. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!
