Check-in was a bit chaotic because a new persons was being trained and was left at the counter by himself for about 10 minutes. He struggled with the reservation ahead of me, but when the trainer came back things started to move more quickly. We had been driving for 7 hours, so my wife really wanted to enjoy the hot tub but when we went to take a look in the pool area the hot tub was empty, appeared to be out of service. Beds were ok, breakfast in the morning was great.

The room was generous and plenty of room for the puppy. Only wish the light switch for the sink are was better placed and light switch for shower/toilet was inside the room and not next to sinks

We booked a wheelchair accessible room on Expedia when we got there the room was not accessible for the bathroom not very happy about that

Family of five -Excellent hotel-recently renovated lobby and breakfast area. Large clean rooms. Breakfast is exceptional. Lobby with lots of seating to gather with others or to plug-in and work at your computer. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing front desk staffing. Rooms werr super clean and the bed was very comfortable. This is my go to whenever we travelnto Billings.

Great stay

We've stayed here twice in a month. Both times the staff was amazing and accommodating. It was clean and quiet. Coffee is great. Only challenge was neither time was there a breakfast meat selection and the lady was working really hard but struggling to keep up with the breakfast crowd.

Incredible breakfast selection. Clean quiet rooms. Staff was happy to supply any items needed like toilet paper, tissues, etc. overall a good choice when visiting Billings.
