The room was in good condition overall.The sheet tended to come loose and seemed slightly small. The hotel staff were very kind and plesant.

Excellent location. Everything was great except we left our bags while we went to dinner before our flight. When we got back, it took 15 minutes to get our bags back! Between that and a wrong turn by our uber, we almost missed our flight. But otherwise, things were fantastic.

Check in was easy and professional. Staff was very helpful, courteous, and attentive. Our room had a large bedroom separate from the sitting room. Very modern. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with many selections of fruits, pastries, hot and cold entrees.

Clean room, friendly staff, also good equipment for babies (excellent baby cot and bathtub).

You pay for the location. Hotel is a bit tired. Noise from traffic and walks are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Expensive for what it was and you have to pay for the Nespresso coffee in the room! Unbelievable!

It was a well appointed boutique hotel in a beautiful Parisian style neighborhood. Staff was professional, attentive and friendly.

Rooms Nice and Clean

When we arrived, the first room we were given was less than acceptable--dated with uncomfortable beds. Furthermore then smell of paint fumes from a few floors below was wafting up and creating a strong odor in the room. One brief discussion with Diego at the front desk and then "magic" happened. Great room, comfortable beds, good view and no paint fumes. Gustavo, the bellman was also an incredible help--responsive and kind. Would gladly stay here again, especially in the updated rooms on the 10th floor
