Warm welcome Room and facilities just as we expected

The appartment was very clean and well equipped. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very good location.

Tiny spaces in the apartment. Poorly equipped kitchen. Extra charges for everything. Some areas of the building in a poor state of decor. Reception staff unhelpful.

Very comfortable. Plenty of space in the well designed appartment. Everything easy and to hand both inside and around. The standard of housekeeping is very high and reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

As expected, the Residence provided a relaxing and comfortable environment for our holiday. The apartment was well designed and exactly what we had requested. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We look forward to returning.

An umbrella outside the property would have been a helpful plus to be able to relax outside. It was very hot and nowhere to shelter apart from inside. The recycling was very hit and miss, there were stacks of plastic items as not enough bins and nowhere for paper etc.. We found the property very relaxing and peaceful and would certainly recommend it. The location is ideal right near the beach and there are ample shops nearby. We enjoyed our visit to Le Crotoy very much.

Accommodation was very good, apartment very comfortable and well equipped. Accommodation was centrally located in Le Crotoy. Definitely worth trying to get an apartment on the top floor as we did experience some noise from people staying above us which was quite frustrating.

I would not recommend staying here. The apartment was unclean when we arrived and thick with dust. The lounge area sported a smell of stale cigarettes. The staff did not seem to concerned about this and dispite asking them to clean it twice, they only seemed to make it worse each time. Adding other people's hair to the sinks. We had to clean the apartment ourselves to make it hospitable and hygienic for a 9 month old baby. We we're also charged €10 a day for our dog. The fee should have been paid to us for the apartment making our dog dirty. The apartment is generally tired looking and needs some renovation.

Comfortable apartments in a lovely location facing the estuary in Le Crotoy. Sea view is a must. Kitchen had a rather basic small microwave combi oven with no instructions so a bit tricky to cook other than on the hob - but lots of good restaurants nearby. Car parking and local tax is at extra charge. Croissants and bread can be pre-ordered the evening before at reception for the next morning. There is a catering service but we did not use it. Bedroom small but very comfortable bed and high quality linen. The outdoor pool is seasonal, the indoor pool is not huge but well kept. Absolutely the best thing is the view over the estuary...

Really enjoyable weeks holiday in a hotel right on the beach. The indoor pool came in very handy for the kids on rainy days and special mention to Julie on reception who was able to sort out an apartment after a booking mix up. She saved the holiday!

Location and facilities were excellent and reasonably priced - access to indoor/outdoor pools and being on the beach was great for the kids - having an upstairs to the bedroom was another great bonus. Lovely place and a lovely stay - would recommend to families who like quite holidays and good local food.

Hotel is ok but rather overrated for the price. Not luxury just good. Sold as much more exclusive. Lacking in attention to detail with paintwork needing updating and pillows need to be cleaner.

This was the perfect quiet getaway after a week in Paris. Everything is within walking distance ie. restaurants, shopping, walks.Located right on the beach with a pool. Car parking was easily available.

We really enjoyed staying at Résidence Pierre & Vacances, it's a great place for families, great facilities, lovely beach and an interesting town. The one thing that could have been better is the time that the apartment was ready on our arrival day. We couldn't get in until 5pm and this was not ideal with two small children after a fairly long journey. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

Weather dreadful so that does affect our opinion. The apartment was reasonably clean and the staff very helpful. However a shelf over the bathroom sink meant you are unable to wash your face easily and a kitchen cupboard over the sink made washing up difficult. The view from the patio was absolutely beautiful and if the weather had been better then we would have spent a lot of time out there but there were not many places to go in the surrounding area.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location, lovely and quiet, lovely indoor swimming pool, fantastic little house for my family of 5!!!! Would definitely return.

We visited the Somme valley during a week in December. Many shops (cloths, ...)were closed during the week and only open during the weekend - but this was not an issue for us - because we were looking for a quiet place with a beautiful nature, and some good restaurants. In the neighborhood different remarkable zones are available to spot birds. Only a few tourists came to this region, so don't make too much publicity for this region... ;-) (and you even don't have to pay parking costs in the streets of Le-Crotoy from 1/12 until 31/3). Also Pierre-et-Vacances is an excellent place to stay with a good quality/price ratio, modern furniture and stylish building, clean and all needed material for the kitchen. Breakfast (croissants, bread,...) can be ordered the evening before but no restaurant is available in the P&V building, some good restaurants nearby.

A little quiet gem of a place. Beautiful views out to the beach. Brilliantly equipped with everything you need. Lots of room and storage. Great system if you arrive late. That really saved us. Nice swimming pool. Would really recommend if you are after some peace and relaxation. Really loved it.
