Wonderful place. As recommendation if you are skiing and theres not enough snow, wear knee pads and gloves, apart from helmet.

We went as a family getaway for 2 days. Monterreal is always very nice and it's the most comfortable place you'll find in the mountains of Arteaga. No complains about the quality of the facilities, food or activities; everything has a premium charge and nothing is included, which could be a bit expensive. The worst part was that Check-in is posted at 3PM (which I believe is very late for a place like this) but our room wasn't ready until ~5PM! Then the next day we had people looking for us at the Golf course to "push" us out exactly at 12 PM on the spot... this is incoherent. But we had a great time and will definitely come back.

We went to Monterreal in a family trip and everybody had fun, they have good activities for kids but they are a little expensive. The cabanas are nice and quiet

Nice hotel with lot of things to do. Bed is very uncomfortable and Saturday Disco Night is very noisy. I did not expect to have this type of noisy night in a place like this where you want to rest and enjoy nature.

Lovely place in a fantastic landscape. The only problem due to a furios wind: The light went out and all sort of problems arrived (no hot water and very limited view in the room), except for the fireplace).

Lo que no me gustó es que por una modificación en la fecha de llegada EXPEDIA me hizo un cargo grande por ajustar la fecha de llegada, mala experiencia con EXPEDIA, no creo volver a usar la aplicación ese cargo fue un ROBO!!

La propiedad y la experiencia es buena, la gente del staff, camaristas, y meseros, excelente, las recepcionistas son un poco corta tes y poco de ayuda, no son groseras, solo no son muy comunicativas.. en general todo muy bien, solo ese detalle de no ser de mucha ayuda ya que te dicen que checaran, pero no le dan seguimiento

La cabaña estaba muy bonita, Pero no cumplia con lo que había reservado, no tenía más camas Queen solo matrimoniales. Recomiendo ir con camioneta y tener cuidado ya que los caminos hacia las cabañas no son muy buenos, y hay muchos desniveles, rosaba en carro constantemente y son daños en los que no se hacen responsables. Las atracciones algo caro para lo que ofrecen

Está lindo el lugar por la naturaleza, sin embargo no es congruente el precio a lo que ofrecen, el trato no es amable, pareciera que hacen un favor y es un servicio. La actividades son excesivas en precio para lo que son.
