Nice clean, cold room. Good for sharing a room. Good atmosphere, pleasant staff. Only complaint is the breakfast, but bagels and cereal work well.

Clean, spacious,nice staff, good location, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was ok,( not fruits, milk, pancakes, cream cheese) no variety and coffe was cold.

this was a good hotel for our stay in Brandon to visit family. it is not fancy but a great price for our family and it was in a good location to the interstate and shopping was not too far

Very clean!

I like that it isn’t on a busy road and there is a convenience store within walking distance.

First time staying at a Spark hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. This room was almost $100 cheaper than other rooms in the area. Was hesitant to stay but quite pleased

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater. It is walkable to the venue (.7 mile). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants nearby. The ac worked great in the summer heat.

For the cost to stay, you should offer a decent breakfast. Cereal and bagel? Really? Room was comfortable, no pool. Could not rest do to kids running in hallways and jumping around in room above us. I can say it was very clean though. Not sure I will stay here again. Pay the price I did and no decent breakfast.
