Overall, our stay was very good, though there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. The room itself was lovely, the complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. One disappointment was the swimming pool, which was extremely cold — uncomfortably so. My daughter and I both attempted to use it, but we were unable to stay in for more than a few minutes because of the temperature. The biggest issue during our stay was the large number of unsupervised children running through the hotel hallways for hours during the evening. We checked in around 6 PM and repeatedly encountered groups of boys, approximately 8–12 years old, running up and down the hallways yelling and screaming. Unfortunately, this continued late into the evening directly outside our room. By 10:30 PM, after nearly 20 hours of plane travel, we were exhausted and unable to sleep, so I contacted the front desk. I do want to emphasize that I do not blame the staff, as the hotel was clearly very busy and they were doing their best to manage the situation. However, the children seemed to have little to no adult supervision. I had to make a second complaint around 11 PM because the noise had become even louder. In the future, I believe hotels hosting large groups of children should ensure that parents or chaperones are actively supervising them out of consideration for other guests.

Clean and modern room. The whole hotel look very clean and modern. I personally did not swim in the pool but I heard some complaints about it being too cold for the little ones.

Staff were friendly & accommodating we will be back next year. Clean rooms !!

I only got chereos and the patatos since i don't like peppers and stuff in eggs would have prefered simple scrambled eggs and i didn't end up liking the patatoes with usually is my favorite part. I also don't eat breakfast sausage so i had no meat options. Maybe think to accomodate all people. A lot of people don't like peppers and onions in omelettes. If i liked those things tho they would have been very good was fresh

Excellent experience. Accommodating, friendly, good location, pool slide is fun for all ages. Coffee and complimentary breakfast are excellent part of the hotel.

Booked non smoking room ( asthma payient, went in room and there was smoked and no a little bit. Asked for other room told reason got one but not really apologies. Then next room tv was on no remote to put it down. Needed guy o back again someone came to see if he could help he said no remote no he was friendly picked a remote for us and we could put tv out.

Poor selection of channels on the TV Would have been nice to have a night light in the washroom

The breakfast buffet in the morning was kept full each time we went. The first morning it was almost over when we got down to it but it was still full of all foods. The rooms were cleaned daily, the staff was always willing to help in anyway needed. It was a wonderful holiday with an exceptional hotel stay.

Everything and everyone was great we will be returning.

The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Staff were excellent and the restaurant was reasonably priced as well.

Pool very small and not heated, wasn't great, slide was scary but the kids liked it. Our air conditioner didn't work, so that sucks but we were able to open the window room #129. Also, breakfast wasn't as straight forward as I would have thought because the dining room is before the buffet area..so there is no food in site. We sat down before we noticed the people coming out from another room with food. Either have an attendant to guide people or signage. All and all was pretty good.

Breakfast was so so. Staff excellent cleanliness excellent- food so so!
