Room spotless and cosy, whole place is very interesting with lots of memorabilia. Cooked breakfast is one of the best I've ever had, and Seamus the owner is super friendly. Grindhouse Coffee cart on grounds is also brilliant!

TL;DR: do not stay here. The owner doesn’t care what goes on inside the B&B. My stay was awful. At 9PM, some gentlemen came into the sitting area and were conversing loudly. Only 9, so not an issue yet. Over the next 3 hours I asked them 3 separate times if they could quiet down so we could sleep. I was met with either indifference or outright hostility. Around 12AM, the front door is slammed 5+ times over 10 minutes with these men going in and out of the building. Soon after, I’m delighted to piece together that these men are staying in the room directly above mine. For the next 30min there was a lot of "activity" on their bed (absolutely everything, especially the beds, creak here). Around 1 it quieted down. At 2:30, one of them was outside without a key. He rings the doorbell (it was a Ring that called the owner), yells, and pounds on all exterior doors. Finally he comes back to the front door (adjacent to my window) and knocks on our window while screaming. My wife is now woken up and scared. The owner finally lets him in. One of the worst parts? The owner blamed us for not asking for a “quiet room” and said he has no responsibility for the conduct of his guests. He also called these men “fine Scottish gentlemen” as if that excuses their actions. He refused to issue any kind of remedy nor take any responsibility for what happens on his property. This place was a nightmare for someone wanting to stay at a BED and breakfast to sleep. Also, no hot water!

The room was great, clean and everything we needed for a great stay. The B&B is a brilliant experience, loved the artwork in the breakfast room and comfortable lounge areas and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and so helpful and we had lovely breakfasts. Great location too. Thank you for a fantastic stay in the beautiful city of Derry.

Great location a short walk from the murals, pubs, and city walls. Room was decent size. Breakfast was filling.

Seamus and helen could not do enough for us very friendly always asked us was everything okay. lovely place to stay i would recommend it highly to stay there. Very clean and meets the needs of people who are also disabled. We will be back again
