Desk staff were extremely helpful, getting us cabs and answering lots of questions.

This was the best accommodation of our trip so far! The rooms were clean, beds so comfortable, and a kettle with tea and coffee for the morning. Self checkin was EASY! Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Galway area.

Stayed on a room-only basis, and got a massive room for a very reasonable price. Clean, well designed, very comfortable. I've eaten breakfast here before, and it's also very good. Can't say the same about the evening menu, but I always go in to Galway or Oranmore to eat. Reception staff friendly, lots of parking at the rear.

Do not stay here. There are other options in the center of town in Galway. This hotel SMELLS of mildew and the room smelled of smoke. The dirty carpet and unkept bathroom was enough to almost make us leave if it wasn't for the only night we were there for. There is a rowdy bar / restaurant downstairs with people drunkenly leaving at all times of the day. Parking area is behind the hotel and only open entrances were the main door into what looks like a very outdated lobby and overall location. When we checked out and told the staff of our stay they shrugged it off and said we were only there for one night so why bother...crazy.

We were woken up at about 1:00 am by a fire alarm inside our room. The incident lasted about 3 min but the alarm was extreemly load. The staff politely apologized. Great staff but terrible experience. this is why I an not giving it a 5 star overall rating.

Nice Presidential Suite!!

Wasn't there for long but staff were very friendly, everything was clean and quiet and room was very nice.

Staff are friendly and helpful Rooms are clean other than the layer of dust collecting on the ledge behind the beds Lots of parking spots Pools are clean with options for kids, lane swimming, sauna, hot tub and cooling shower

Everything was good

Nice receprionist. However, hotel needs updating. Problem with water temp in shower. Asked them to fix it and they yold us it was working fine. Room smelled.

This very a little difficult to find but so conveniently located. I wish I had additional nights at this hotel. It was so nice and the hotel staff was so nice. I would stay here again

Overall the room was a bit tired and the restaurant food was not very tasty.
