Overall, this hotel more than met my expectations for the 5-star facility. However, management should pay more attention to a few details that would have made it outstanding: 1. Pillows were terrible. While the hotel offers pillow menu service, one would expect a decent standard pillow. 2. Room cleaning was not thorough. Patches of dust, wrappers or some plastic pieces left in the floor suggest housekeeping should be monitored and improved. 3. Shower head could not be fixed on the stand in the way that did not spray water beyond the glass shower door. 4. Breakfast service was not good on Tuesday. I had to wait 10 min for someone to tend to my table to offer coffee. 5. Pool area woman locker toilet needs attention. The smell is horrible. With all this said, the rest of the facilities, spa, pool area (except the toilets), Cucina restaurant, breakfast buffet quality and variability were superb. When I come back to Poznan, it will be my hotel of choice. Thank you.

Very good check in and out, extremely helpful staff, room immaculate and breakfast excellent. The only slight downside was that the spa was closed for refurbishment and I do not recall being informed of this before my stay.

Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the city. Rooms are stunning and HUGE. Breakfast was fantastic and we had lovely food in the Whiskey Bar. For under £100 per night (which is what we paid) this offers AMAZING value for money. Would highly recommend

Very professional staff. This includes excellent quality and service of the breakfast. Large, comfortable rooms. Great, elevating experience overall!

Rooms are very large and well-appointed. My room was in the "residence" which is a short distance from the reception. The spa is in another building opposite the main hotel. The room is much larger than a traditional hotel room and includes a kitchenette and dining table for 2 as well as a desk. A large pot plant sits on the floor in the middle of the room. Mi bedside lamps are a nice touch. You can also open two windows in the roof with a button by the bed. These are fitted with some form of curtain that does not keep all the light out. We arrived late at night and had real trouble finding our rooms - information from reception was sketchy, and it turned out we were in the wrong building. Bizarrely, both buildings have rooms with the same numbers. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, some nice touches like pickled vegetables. Very friendly and helpful staff. Downsides - for a 5-star hotel, I would expect a robe in the room - there were slippers only. The bath towel was small and only one was placed in the room, until the last day of my stay when I got two. There were no tissues provided. The desk lamp had no available socket and so didn't work. Overall, the experience was good - it would not take much to make it better.

The rooms are elegant, spacious and clean. The surrounding area is delightful and convenient. And the complex is really wonderful.

Good place in Poznan, nice infrastructure with room for improvement on maintainance- missing plank in sauna for 3 weeks, not original L’Occitane gel in the swimming pools. But the breakfast ist great and Cucina restaurant amazing. For me still only one 5* hotel is the one in Polanica Zdrój.

CHECK IN – Our check-in experience was VERY POOR. Our voucher from hotels.com clearly stated: “Enjoy VIP perks at check-in – PLN 45 resort credit per room.” (See pic attached.) This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The Lady at reception was polite, but she didn’t explain how to use this credit. When we asked, she started checking and consulted with a man in a nearby cubicle. She returned and told us the credit was NOT a monetary benefit but rather a welcome drink at the bar. We are not big drinkers and this wasn’t what we expected. We told her we anticipated a credit toward hotel services (as in other hotels). At this point, the man from the cubicle intervened and stated the “perk” was only a drink. He said he was the hotel’s contact for hotels.com and this is what they offer. When I told him that a written bonus should be honored as stated, he turned his back on us, walked to his cubicle, and hid behind his screen without any further word. We asked the lady to contact the general manager. She said the GM was unavailable until Monday (this was Saturday). We asked for the manager to call us back to the room phone (our mobile phone doesn’t accept incoming calls abroad, only VOIP calls) We left reception with NO RESOLUTION. The hotel DID NOT PROVIDE what was WRITTEN. We did not take their drink. We wrote the GM an email about the incident but she didn’t reply AT ALL, not even after 4 days, even though she surely heard about it from her staff.

Give the front desk employees a raise for their professionalism

I came to Poznań with my son to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is really nice, and even though it was fully booked, it was quiet. We had a deluxe apartment located in the main building. The swimming pool and saunas are real gems. I truly enjoyed it. We had a night meal at the nearby Mexican restaurant, and it was 5*. I also visited a whiskey bar and had some crafted gins. The service there was outstanding. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I'm in Poznań next time.
