Generous sized room very clean and tidy. Breakfast wasn’t as good as previous visits.

We had a wonderful stay over night while passing through from Germany to Slovenia. Breakfast was very good. The setting in Town Center enabled us to walk around the beautiful town. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Hotel City is ideal for a short or extended stay in Villach. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A great breakfast is included in price. Location couldn’t be better-across square from railway station, beside bus terminal and convenient to centre of town which is only a few minutes stroll. Highly recommended

Hotel was ideally situated for both the train and bus station. The hotel common area and room were in good condition. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The allocated room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Although the room had a kettle I would have liked to have seen a bottle of complementary water. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay

Hotel City is perfect for short or extended stays. Comfortable, friendly, welcoming, good location, immediate access to bus, train and taxi. There is an excellent breakfast buffet included in room price. It is a hotel which does all the basics for you properly and efficiently as well as making you feel at home

Excellent clean central hotel in Villach. Walking to the river and centre/old town was 2 minutes. Lots of restaurant options and a grocery store next door. Great hotel and staff very nice. 10/10

Hotel City is perfect for the single traveller like myself. The rooms are perfectly comfortable, cleanliness is first class, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. It is modern and efficient but avoids the soulless character of many contemporary hotels.

Set opposite the station it was easily accessible and only a few minutes walk to the main town parts. The rooms were light and spacious with more than enough room and a nice view over the town to the mountains behind from the one I stayed in. The staff were friendly and polite and the breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer.
