The room was spotless and staff were courteous.

This was an unbelievably terrible experience. Despite having made the reservation three months in advance, the male receptionist offered absolutely no solution. He simply stated that he could not find the reservation and told me to contact Expedia. The booking was clearly confirmed on Expedia and had not been canceled. When I showed him the latest confirmation again and asked him to double-check, he then suddenly claimed that the reservation had been canceled. He proceeded to offer an alternative room at an outrageous price. As a result, our family’s four-day holiday weekend trip was thrown into chaos, and we were left without accommodation on a Saturday night, when no nearby hotels had availability. We were forced to drive one hour north to a hotel in a remote area that was more expensive and of lower quality than the original hotel. After the fact, we were told that the reservation had been automatically canceled because the credit card was not charged. If that were the case, we should have been notified immediately by email or through Expedia that the reservation had been canceled. Had we been informed even one day earlier, we would have had more than enough time to secure alternative accommodation. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never stay at Holiday Inn again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

The staff was incredible, especially the front desk lady, she helped us out a lot! Our room was great, comfortable beds and pillows. I should have asked the staff if they were selling this incredible comfortable pillows… The location of the hotel is great, close to universal!

Location was good

Near to Universal Studios and good breakfast. They have a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, but only once per day at awkward times, so I ended up not using the shuttle service. The first room we got was facing the highway and was very loud, but the staff member changed the room for us the next day. The new room was a lot better and also had a coffee machine inside the room.

El hotel lo único que no me gustó fue el aire acondicionado no enfriaba el cuarto en la noche lo tenía en ON y cuando llegaba a la temperatura dejaba de enfriar lo demás todo bien el desayuno muy bueno y completo

Checked in and the front house staff was friendly. Went to our rooms and saw security guards all around. Got to the room and we were smacked in the face with an overwhelming smell of bleach or other strong chemical cleaner. Which was probably just the staff spraying in the room because it was filthy! There was what appeared to be mold on the wall, the chairs were completely stained , the bathroom, don’t get me started. The tub/shower was so dirty, toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The beds were horrible, squeaky so uncomfortable. We checked out immediately and am still waiting for my refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

The room (634) had toothpaste still on the counter so it’s clear it wasn’t properly cleaned. Fortunately I always bring Lysol wipes and clean things anyway and didn’t feel like . The curtains in the room were ripped and the ceiling had a giant crack in it- definitely not an upscale hotel experience.

Room was nice, comfy bed. Staff was great. Only issue was shower was just warm...advised front desk and they offered to fix right away. Good breakfast.

Everything was great, but we had to pay extra for parking when we got there. It should have been included so I knocked a star.
