Mixed review: Very nice and helpful staff. There is very little to do in the center of Palenque. If staying again, I would stay at one of the nice hotels on the road out to the ruins. There was only one outlet in the room for all o fly devices. The room was old and definitely not sound proof with windows that let noise in. I could hear everything going on in the main plaza nearby, including the band and military recognition that started at 7 am one morning.

Great location near park and businesses like stores & restaurants. Clean rooms but older fixtures. Nice helpful front desk staff.

This is such a unique and quirky hotel. Beds are on the firm side and there are jalousie windows on the wall by the hallway. It’s right by the main town square which can be lively at night. The hotel restaurant has live entertainment as well.

I did not have a good time at this hotel. It was unbeliveable noisy, and the noise cam from many sources. First off, the restaurant played music that was too loud. Secondly, most rooms are right on the street, near the main park, and the street noise went on well after midnight. Thirday, the air conditioners were so loud that it was hard to sleep. And even those didn't drown out the ambient noise. Lastly, one of the reasons I rented this place was because it had a pool--which was closed! This was August--peak travel time to this part of Mexico, and blistering hot. I was told, "Tomorrow it will be open." Hah! I stayed there three days and it was never open! There were plenty of other places to stay in Palenque. I'd avoid this play!

La ubicación es excelente, pero las instalaciones deben de ser remodeladas, y el estacionamiento hacerlo más seguro y techado.

viejo ruidoso pero atentos y buen ubicado

El personal súper accesible y con la mejor disposición de ayudar. Muy bien ubicado. La habitación muy limpia y con aire acondicionado y ventilador funcionales al 100%. Lo único que cambiaría sería la iluminación, demasiados tenues los fotos. La habitación es muy oscura. La alberca súper limpia, no importa si hay gente o no usándola, la mantienen impecable.

Nada que ver con la realidad y las fotografías que publican del hotel, no nos dieron con aire acondicionado, muy viejo el hotel

Los baños estan muy descuidados tienen moho huele a Viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento esta en muy mal estado los baños.

En general por el tipo de hotel esta bien pero no hay restaurant, pero no podia pedir mas

隣接する公園を横切るとすぐメインストリートで、好立地です。ホテルは、テラスが広く、空間にゆとりがあります。プールの周りには熱帯植物が植えられていて、綺麗でした。朝食はホテル外となりますが、玄関から３０秒以内に何軒か店があり、不便はありませんでした。

Contras: Instalaciones muy viejas, desde el estacionamiento de tierra mal ubicado hasta el baño viejo y con camas duras.

El hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación, en frente de la plaza, cercano a la iglesia, cerca de restaurantes, y venta de artesanías. El personal del hotel es muy amable. le hace falta una remodelación urgente de las habitaciones, sobretodo de los servicios sanitarios. Cuenta con lo básico. No tiene elevador, ni camas King size.

El hotel refiere tener caja fuerte y secadora de cabello y no funcionan; el baño sucio, tenía huellas de sangre en la pared, el primer día no hubo agua caliente y los demás llego a tibia, nos quejamos y no resolvieron nada. Si regreso a Palenque, buscaría otra opción

El hotel bien ubicado en el centro. Lo malo es que esta en un andador y el taxi no llega hasta la puerta, nosotros tuvimos que cargar las maletas todo el tiempo. La habitación cómoda y limpia pero olía mucho el desagüe del baño. Nos toco en el 2 piso, no hay elevador ni quien cargue maletas. Por lo demás todo bien

Hotel en el mero centro. Por su ubicacion a un lado de la plaza principal, algo ruidoso en la noche. Hotel austero.

Hotel sans prétention et cher pour les prestations. Le petit déjeuner est inexistant, le personnel incompétent (nous devions aller aider le cuisinier pour accélérer la cadence.Service inexistant Point positif : l'hotel est très bien situé.
