Accommodation near the metro station. Some front officers were not very nice when I first checked in, but the Filipino workers were very nice.

Stayed for five days for a business purpose. It was a pleasant one. Good location with clean and bedroom and bathroom as expected. Speed internet speed was also acceptable.

There was no concierge available on that time

Room is clean and neat. Only problem is the key to the door. Tried several times for the first day to open the room with the key but thankfully, we are changed to another room by the very kind Filipino front desk gentleman who assisted us. Overall, the place is highly recommendable since its near many restaurants outside.

Room is small but it was perfect. Near to anywhere compare to other area. You can use metro easily. Staff are helpful and kind. Many food store/restaurant near the hotel. Also mall of emirates which has expensive parking fee. Hotel has big parking lot.

Overall this hotel is good. But the bathroom, the shower exhaust is bad because the water does not recede after taking a shower.

The location is close to the Emirates Mall, the hotel is clean and nice, the service is good and friendly, the rooms are decent.
