Simple hotel but with exceptional service. Starting from the cleanliness, service and location is very good. Recommendation if you want to stay in Osaka and close to Shin Osaka Station.

Easy to exchange tickets directly and given directly.

The location is pretty close to the train station and the rooms are quite large (4 beds for the three of us).

The room was clean and cozy. The bed size was decent and the bathroom wasn't too small at all which is rare for a 3 stars hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious too! but lift was too small overall I had a great time staying there and would definately come back to stay there again.

Nice and neat place,not crowded. A bit walk just 5min from JR station, connect to Subway to go anyplace easily. Cozy and comfortable to stay, all staff are very friendly and helpful, feeling of heartful service 👍😊 Thank you for kindness welcome 💛👍

The hotel is near shin-osaka station. Walk from the station to the hotel about 4-5 minutes. Considering the location is very good and beside the hotel there is a Lawson convenience store with an ordinary breakfast. The staff is well maintained.

Close to the station and lots of food around the hotel. And there are Indian restaurants for Muslims. And the staff is friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel is like home (homey).

Though the room is small, it is very neat and clean. Free one bottle of water everyday. The staffs were very attentive and helpful. Two choices of breakfast, Japanese and Western. I chose Japanese and it is delicious. It is quite close to shin osaka Station, around 5-10 minutes walk. Would love to stay here again If I have chance to visit Osaka.

Very very stuffy hotel! Book a single room with 2 people is not allowed, but we were rebuked very bad! Like thieves, they should be able to reprimand in a kind and polite manner. Even then, we pay extra charge. In and out of the hotel must leave the key, everywhere the key must be entrusted. Really uncomfortable. This is the first time I have stayed as if I wasn't trusted. Staying at a large hotel isn't like this. They are just fine fine. The food was emphasized once that it was only once, we also know kalarana @ eteras eteras enat

Very close to the station, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean and not cramped, the supply voltage is a lot, the service is satisfactory, the hotel recomendation.

Staying here felt like staying at home. Room was very cozy, although small-typical Japan room, but very comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Only the breakfast menu option is exactly the same 2 days in a row.
