Started here before. The staff is always excellent. The one thing I didn’t like is they eliminated the hot buffet for breakfast. You can still get pastries, fruit, and cereal buffet style but if you want eggs or hash browns, you have to order from the server.

The breakfast was excellent

Room size is WAY TOO SMALL for the price we paid. Still can’t believe they charged us 18,000 for such tiny room. Whoever is in charge of the decision, we really want to know if s/he would pay that kind of amount for that room. Some serious introspection needed.

Very kind and polite caring staff, clean rooms, restaurant with food variety and good taste- very convenient. Excellent breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were extremely efficient and warm.

Excellent staff. Always there to take care of all your needs. Breakfast had multiple options and staff made it even better with customized dishes per your needs. They even prepared off the menu items for us.

Be careful with SPA service. They charge additional service charge and also added double tax for that. It is against the law. if you ask they will remove it otherwise they want to try taking you from your pocket.
