A lovely friendly hotel where the staff are very responsive

Very convenient location, close to Boccadasse and Vernazzola beach, and in front of a bus stop to the centre of Genova. Some noise due to traffic, but our room was on the back and we slept very well. Great staff that made us feel at home. We will certainly be back!

ts a good hotel overall, good service and good breakfast for 7euros, but the interiors are very dated, no duvets, beds have the old stlyle linen.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff is very helpful - absolutely every single one of them! The morning cappuccino was out of this world. Breakfast was very delicious, with choice of croissants, tarts, donate and waffles. And, of course, local fruit was included and tasted amazing! The rooms are relatively small (compared to American standards), but very cozy! Even TV had some movies in English...Overall, very pleasant experience!!

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We overslept over our checkout time and they were very nice about it. The location was ok. I had thought it was closer to the centre but that was my fault. It was beautiful and overall we had a lovely stay.

4 Euros for a 24 hour pass. Level of English reasonable. Food cheaper in the old town. Fantastic acquarium though.

This hotel is a delight. If there is one drawback it is that it is situated along the coast line, quite far east of the Genoa main center. However there is frequent, excellent bus service into the old city. Excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.

For ten days we were treated like royalty! The hotel is stylish & immaculately clean. The breakfast was perfect for us. The desk person was very helpful, at each shift. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this hotel.

This is a great boutique hotel, simple, but elegant. The staff was very helpful, and the neighborhood was great. The breakfast was good, too. A nice touch - there are many TV channels, including, for example, the 1st Russian channel, which was a nice surprise. We will be back :)

Hotel was in a great spot. Close to the beach and Boccadasse which is a great spot at night. Bus stop is right out the front of the hotel which makes it easy to get into the town center. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Good sized rooms. Very clean and great sized bathroom. Would stay here again.

The room we had was beautiful and very clean. The staff spoke English and were really friendly and helpful. The location was pretty far from downtown but the bus stops right in front of the hotel so it was no problem at all to get anywhere you wanted to be. It was a short and nice walk to the water that was lovely.

Highly recommend. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accomodating & friendly. Great neighborhood.
