Very few smokers. I've stayed at (2) other properties near this location and there were always groups of people standing near cars, near side entry doors, and sitting in cars smoking. I couldn't feel safe. Especially while walking the dog for her daily bedtime bathroom break. At this location, I only saw on average (2 - 3) smokers: (1) in their car and the others standing near the rear entry.

Room very modern, clean and comfortable

Hilton Garden Inn is always a great option in Dover.

The pillows are too soft and there was no hot water in the shower.

Exceptional customer service from all of the staff! Clean and excellent food. This definitely will be my 1st choice of stay. The only negative was being on the first floor. I was right next to the stairwell and exit. It was really noisy. The guest above me stomped and jumped all day through the evening. Next time will definitely need higher floor.

Convenient location.

I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn previously with friends. The hotel is always clean, comfortable and the service is great.

The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
