From arriving at the Ibis the staff were so friendly and helpful polite and I can’t knock the team at all Unfortunately there is no air conditioning tho and we were given a fan but it just didn’t do the job My partner brought another one with him thankfully but still this hotel really could do with air conditioning installing The bar was very very pricey and we weren’t expecting it to be so expensive The breakfast was not good at all There were only five items on the hot buffet Which was a very big let down I’m glad that we didn’t pay extra for it and it was included in our weekend package Because I unfortunately would definitely not paid extra for it The room was big enough for us over the two nights that we stayed but there was black mould in the silicone in the bathroom which let the hotel down There was a few tables outside but they all had no smoking signs on them We had to walk around the side of the building to smoke There were no seats so we couldn’t enjoy a drink cigarette and a chat in the sun Shame really

I only stayed 1night for a birthday party, but overall a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable & quiet. Good location,10 mins from station. Decent food. No air con or fan. Window opens a little but when it's 30+ outside it is very warm. Bring a rechargeable fan.

Room clean and spacious. Nice walk in shower. Be aware the double (Queen) rooms do not have the advertised air conditioning or power shower. The windows do not open enough to get adequate ventilation in hot weather. When you complain at reception, they initially deny they advertise this and blame the booking company for false advertising. Then when you point out it's advertised as having these facilities on their own website, they concede and give you a desktop fan. The latter isn't very helpful when the window hardly opens so it just blows hot air around.

We stayed for one night, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean. We had evening meal and breakfast, both were good. The only thing lacking was air conditioning in the rooms, it was very hot and therefore had a restless night, got up super early to go downstairs to cool off. We would definitely stay again.

The room was pretty clean, but the carpets in the walkways were a bit grubby. The lack of A/C was a shame during the heatwave and breakfast was pretty terrible, with very limited options and stale pastries.

Staff were amazing they provided a fan and extra pillows when I asked at reception.

The rooms were clean, tidy and well stocked with tea and coffee. The carpark is large enough for all guest. The hotel bar and restaurant prices were competitive Would stay again

The hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. Room is compact but has all you need for a short stay, bed was comfy and we didn’t hear any outside noise. Cost effective EV chargers in the car park. Only downsides were not being able to check in any earlier without a charge, expensive cup of teas on arrival that we had to make ourselves and being disturbed by the cleaner knocking on our door at 7:45am on the day we were checking out. Also didn’t have breakfast as it was expensive to add on once there considering room rate.

This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly too. Good value electric charging was much appreciated too!

Check in was good but they wanted to charge 10 pounds per hour for early checkin, we were an hour and half early. Staff very good. Breakfast very good. Room need some update. They need to do something about all the dog hair on the carpet in the hallways.

Very happy with overall stay food good and lovey room well kept. Would use again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing from start to finish—everyone from the reception team to the cleaners were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast also very good, with a great selection and quality. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
