Yes the staff were lovely and our room delightful. The bistro was very comfortable and we thought that the food was exceptional.

The room was really clean and had a courtyard for our dog which was great. Great comfortable bed and all staff very helpful. 1 or 2 negatives ... £15.00 per night car park is crazy . . Very expensive breakfast we didn't have but looked delicious. Only 6 car park spaces Britannia car park near by. Lovely break beautiful Hotel ... very hard to find !

Nice hotel we have used before. Good facilities and cleanliness. Apart from a small problem with parking which staff handled poorly we enjoyed our stay.

Deluxe room was spotless, however, the shower mixer failed to cool the water to a comfortable temperature. Also, we were unable to switch off the air conditioner fan overnight and understand that we should have been instructed on its operation. Both these issues were reported to management. Staff were very courteous and service was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay at an excellent hotel.
