This was a second time for me staying here. Everything was lovely. People are great and extremely helpful, there are a different restaurants downstairs. I like to try Arabian food when in the area. Would stay again.

First time in Grand Hyatt Doha and it was fantastic. Staff are so attentive and friendly. Great breakfast at Santa Monica BC.

Beautiful hotel, on a little beach with a cool beach club. Very clean. The staff is amazing, everybody was so courteous and helpful, especially Amir at the front desk and the host lady at the breakfast place. Loved my stay and would recommend it.

Best staff… ever

It was not a good view even though I paid extra 100 QR to have it!!!

The Club room option I took was very handy with the breakfast, 11am availability of drinks and snacks and a small but more than adequate meal selection from 6-8pm for a starter, main and desert/cheese and wine/beers etc. Lucy and Prakriti very helpful in the Club lounge, thank you. Would be good for the food options to be available until 9pm in the Club room. Beach and main pool were OK, although the sun is somewhat obscured by nearby tall buildings part way through the afternoon (maybe this is a good thing?!)

Good but not just there for a 5 star hotel. Felt we were continuously calling housekeeping for something or the other; one main issue I felt was that the balcony was not cleaned daily we had to ask them to clean it after being there for nearly 4 days.

Great central location. Staff check-in, room service, housekeeping all professionals and first class! Do not use the cheap plastic highchairs in Santa Monica Restaurant for child over 1 year old. Overall good experience will return and recommend.

Really great hospitality and wonderful hotel

A spacious hotel with a lovely outlook to the water providing good beach and pool facilities at a reasonable price. Its location provides an easy commute back to the City or even to the Lusail International circuit. The food was excellent offering a good breakfast and then a choice of other authentic restaurants…we particularly enjoyed the Thai food.

The staff provide a welcoming and professional service. The dining options were diverse and a real tasting experience. The beach was clean with plenty of sun loungers and great service from the beach staff.
