Great location close to the main station. Clean hotel with the expected amenities and friendly service. Booked for a solo business stay and thus only had one pillow which seems a bit nit-picky, but that's the only issue I can think of.

The hotel was situated in a good location for our trip. It was close to the train station which had great links to the airport. Our only complaint was that the tea/coffee was not replenished during our stay without asking the even g before.

This is a great hotel for those wishing to stay close to the Hannover city centre including the main train station - Hbf. There are plenty of places to eat and do shopping including the malls and restaurants within minutes. My only gripe was they key card did not work, after arriving in the hotel after a tiring journey at 10:30 pm, the last thing you want is a non-functioning key card. I had to go down 3 flights of stairs to get a new key and the receptionist was pretty non-chalant about it. This is why they lost 2 stars in my opinion

I go to Hannover every year and this is the first time that I stayed right beneath the central station. hotel is a bit old but does the job. last year, I stayed at the other intercity north of hbf, it was a bit better with a nicer view.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Unsure if the cooler was working and don’t report it but happy with the rest or the stay. Also glad to see their clear green policy to avoid water waste.

Habitacion de tamaño algo escaso, aunque con todo lo necesario. Agua embotellada de cortesia, servicio de cafetera con capsulas y hervidor de agua, asi como minibar para su uso (vacio). Buena mesa de trabajo y buen Wifi. Baño pequeño, aunque bien equipado. El ruido del extractor, es molesto, y no me refiero al propio del baño que es normal, aun parado hace ruido si hay otro conectado y no es agradable. Estan reformando la fachada, pero he de decir que pude apreciar molestia alguna. Parking a escasos 100 metros.

Very good location in centre of city close to shops and transportation. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Good breakfast.

Hotel didn’t inform us that they had wifi issues for three days before we arrived. Yet, receptionist told us he didn’t know when they would get it back, when I asked him that why they didn’t inform us so we could cancel our reservation he simply told us to call Expedia maybe we could get discount. Hotel location was close to train station, shopping and restaurants. But all the entry doors were locked and ring bell wasn’t working, we had to knock windows to able to get in. There was only one receptionist at the time so it wasn’t easy to find them when needed. Room and bathroom were small but well furnished, unfortunately dusty wall to wall carpet and window drapes kicked our allergies terribly. Wind and outdoor noise was getting in easily.

It was very affordable. Clean room, good breakfast.

Overall a very comfortable stay. 2 Things I mark, 1) shower faucet was very hard to use, with hands of shower gel not even a chance to reopen Wasser . Was mentioned at reception. So a good chance that it will be fixed. 2) prices at the bar, wow ! Feels that some entertainment will follow ( incl. in the pricing) , but didn’t. €8 for a half liter beer, without band in the background, absolutely to expensive Also a Wine for €9 I would choose the hotel again, but if pricing at the bar doesn’t change, I definitely prefer bar near the hotel Thanks

Convenient location close to main station and shopping precincts. An empty bottle and a biscuit wrapper had been left in the room by a previous guest and probably missed in oversight by the cleaner. Bedding, towels & everything else spotless as expected. Due to the high temperature for the time of year I left the window open, to be woken sporadically by screeching tyres from the adjacent carpark. For 1 night if was fine, would stay again if passing through.

Perfect location for a one night stay whilst transiting Germany by train, under five minutes from hautbahnhof. Room was clean, bed very comfy and an excellent shower...perfect!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Mitten in der Innenstadt, 2 Min zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Um die Ecke ist ein Parkhaus, das aktuell (06/2024) 19,00 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner, aber noch gepflegt. Sie kommen aber langsam vom Design her in die Jahre. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein für eine Vollauslastung des Hotels, es kann also zu Wartezeiten kommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist aber sehr vielfältig und gut.
