The hotel was wonderful! We loved the farm and that all the food was very fresh. Every morning our 10 year old son would want to go and see the animals.

We had a wonderful stay at El Silencio. It is very clean, everyone was very kind and helpful. The service was wonderful and so was the food. We loved the farm and visiting all the animals every day. The hot springs private pools were perfect and we enjoyed privacy and quiet time. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with hot springs on site. The room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed including bug repellent. Super comfortable bed! We got massages at the spa which were also very good. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the grounds and hot springs. Everything was very walkable and the farm was a nice treat. Breakfast was OK but or dinner was very good.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The first time was before covid when our daughter was not born yet. We decided to come back because we had a great stay and there was a farm with lots of animals. The hot springs were quiet and private. It is heaven for animals and humans to stay in.

This hotel was great from the moment we were greeted by the very friendly staff! The individual villas were clean, quiet, and spacious. The grounds and farm operated by the hotel were pristine...you can even milk cows and collect eggs. The breakfast was great. During our visit in early May, the hot springs on the property were also quiet and surprisingly refreshing in spite of the heat and humidity. Great stay!

Property is very nice with friendly staff. Clean and private. Really enjoyed the onsite farm, with so many animals roaming around. Loved milking the cow and collecting eggs from the chicken coop. Also loved the hot springs onsite. Only complaint is there is only 1 small swimming pool.

We loved Hotel Del Silencio. Eliot was an amazing person who helped us accommodate tours, breakfast, etc. The place is really quiet, clean, and the most amazing thing is that in the AM you can visit the cows, horses, birds chickens etc. This place is amazing for the little ones so they can enjoy nature. The termals were a little hot but amazing too.

Honestly, we could not have been happier. It was amazing. I am so glad we chose this hotel. I would do it again in a heartbeat. We did have three kids, eight years old, and they had a blast.

This is an amazing property for a family trip. Very clean and beautiful landscaping. The interaction with the farm animals they have is a plus.

We stayed in La Fortuna & at this property for 4 nights. We truly loved every minute of it. You have like your own little house with your own private front porch. We overlooked the volcano which was super cool. The grounds were beautiful. Lots of green, flowers and colorful birds. We also saw a sloth on the property. We loved having the hot spring pools all to ourselves! The regular pool was nice too, all in a very natural tropical setting. The free breakfast, food and drinks, & service overall was excellent. They also have a little farm and garden on the property where they invite the guests to partake in the farm to table experience. The spa experience was phenomenal … the best ambiance ever! It’s close to the downtown area of La Fortuna, as well. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, enjoyed strolling the farm area. The hot springs pools, while not as lush as those at Tabacon, were actually better for relaxing in, having your own space, grabbing a drink and a bite to eat, etc. Was impressed at how well suited this place is both for a couple's getaway and for a family-friendly stay.

Perfect for a relaxing stay, with all your comforts met, with the beautiful backdrop of the Arenal volcano. The hot springs were amazing and set in a luscious tropical setting. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did several day trips and enjoyed everything very much.

Staff was amazing, quiet, the kids loved their farm and the restaurant used food from their farm. Hot springs were amazing and not crowded at all. Highly recommended
