All breakfast items freshly cooked to order, via a pre order form the night before. Breakfast room very spacious, clean and Tina very friendly.

The breakfast choice was excellent, from full English to lighter cereal and yogurt options. Our room was bright, clean and well appointed. The new lounge area of the junior suite is very nicely laid out and a lovely space to enjoy an hour or so with a book and glass of wine!

A lovely spotless cosy hotel, comfortable rooms, very friendly host and serving staff. Food excellent, very convenient location, I could recommend a stay there for anyone. Mark and Peter.

The atmosphere felt like home. Tina was warm, welcoming to everyone and ensured our stay was comfortable. The room was a bit small, and on the top level (all stairs), but it was comfortable and clean. The beds were very cosy. Closing the window shut out the noisy seagulls. The appliances worked as expected. We had to figure out how to turn on the shower. A small fridge and a microwave oven would have been perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous b&b, host was very accommodating and friendly. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Rooms had everything you needed and plug sockets near mirrors! Breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful place to be with an amazing host. You will feel here like at home. Rooms are very clean, modern with comfy bed. Just few min from the Scarborough Spa. Tasty breakfast cooked to order.

Great place to stay, well maintained, fantastic breakfast with a warm welcoming friendly environment. Just a short walk to the beach and town centre. Really enjoyed our stay and we couldn't ask for a more. Highly recommend to stay here.

Lovely welcome from Tina who was very helpful throughout. Room was small but beautifully formed. Breakfast fantastic. Under fifteen minutes walk into town or onto the beach; lovely gardens to visit nearby. My first visit to Scarborough and I will be back; back to Powys Lodge too.

We had a fabulous stay here. The property is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our room was a good size with a nice, spacious bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, good choices and quality. Tina was the icing on the cake, a great host, friendly, warm and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend a stay at Powys Lodge and we hope to return before long.
