Very nice staff, hotel was very clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and very small for 2 people. The pullout/ futon bed was convenient but also uncomfortable.

It was very convenient to get to Guadalajara Expo (only a 10 minute walk), but the area didn't seem very safe (particularly at night). The hotel, while clean, desperately needs a remodelation or new items (like the beds or the pillows). The staff were very attentive and kind, definitely the best part of the whole experience. All in all, good accomodations, but could improve quite a bit with renovations.

There was no hot water. Someone tried to come into our room while I was changing and my husband was in the shower. We decided to leave a day early and the property states they could not refund us.

Dirty and unsafe

The bed was super small as well as the room itself. The covers and pillows were hard as rocks. Also, the room had a weird stench.

They were doing construction work inside the hotel was very annoying..

Great staff! Great Staff! Great staff! My spanish is not great, but the hotel staff directed me some great restaurants nearby. The room was fantastic and the beds were the perfect amount of soft.

Well located hotel near the exhibition center and plaza fiesta arboledas. Great value for the money!

The hotel was pretty old and it shows. However, for the price, it is acceptable. Check-out at 12:30pm is pretty good though. Free parking is subject to availability in their really small parking.

air conditioning not cooling. room was hot. lot of noise from other rooms comes via bathroom windows. vending machine not working. hot water takes several minutes to come out.

Family trip to Mexico City with a stop in Guadalajara. Location is not bad but is a short drive to things to do.

Tried to check in to the hotel on my itinerary. Was told the hotel was over booked by Expedia. Was staying here because of access to the expo. This other that I was sent Was about 25 min from the other and was pretty upset when I had to stay here because I didn’t have a choice
