Accommodating staff when our flight was delayed and we arrived after reception closed. Clean and comfortable room and great shower.

Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute.

Nothing to like there. The property is in poor condition. Too expensive for what you get.

The midweek rates here are a fantastic bargain. About $60 per night on Expedia for top comfort, mountain views, friendly staff, good TV. Just a 10 minute walk to a free beach and a public bus stop right in front..

A renovated hotel, ideal for 1-2 nights when on the way to or around Lac de Bourget. While booking the information was that check in was until 11pm but in reality it finishes earlier! nobody was at the reception or picked up the phone. However we found that the list of names and numbers of the rooms were on the desk and the keys were inside the rooms... Not a bad idea, in fact, but I would advise to use an electronic coded locker for the future and send a key by SMS. Otherwise, is may create problems one day... Just a comment. The hotel was clean and the bed was good. Planning to stay next time if passing by.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here before. There is no restaurant actually in the hotel, but there is one next door. It's very convenient for the airport; it's close enough to walk to (if you're the energetic type) but it isn't noisy. Lovely walks near the lake too.

A bit basic but a great location and price. Can't complain.

We enjoyed staying in this pleasant hotel. Good service with a clean and tidy room.

It was a budget hotel used as a stopover en route to the 3 valleys, they were able to change from my booked double bed to two singles due to a change of plans. The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable, overall would stay again.

Good price for the booking and preferable to motorway side hotels we have used before. Just 6 minutes off the main route to Chambery. We had some trouble finding the turning at night even with sat nav as the sign was not lit and the hotel doesn’t say Mona Lisa on the sign (only Hotel Clos du Lac). But we soon managed to locate it fortunately! Reasonably basic but comfortable and nice location near the lake. Good value.

Good service, Close to the lake and the supermarket. Rooms should get a little renovation within the next year. Beds are rather awful.

Friendly and caring staff, simple but good breakfast, nice bed. A false fire alarm at 01:00 am was an adventure, of course, but the personnel was quick and organized. Can be recommended for a 1-2 nights of stat if you prefer to keep your budget under control.

Good location

Cozy for an overnight stay by the lake. The room had heating for cold days and maintained well in terms of cleanliness. The lampshade did not work but we didn't need it however, a bit more light in the room would be great. There was no light at all in the hallway so we had to get our headlamps out to see where the key fit in the door. Breakfast was available but for a charge which a bit over priced plus the room. The service was great and the hotel staff made us feel at home. English is spoken. There is a big Intermache grocery store across the street but there is a moat bordering the supermarket so make sure to walk a bit farther out to the parking lot entry.

Generally ok with good breakfast. Shower fitting was broken on arrival as were curtains and despite a request to fix nothing happened.

On arriving at the hotel we were disappointed by the location. On entering we found the reception area drab and totallt uninspiring. We were show to our room which was small and bare. we left immediately and found another hotel.
