The hotel staff is very friendly and the place is busy with culinary.

Every hotel staff that we interacted with was unfailingly friendly and helpful. The level of service was unparalleled. Special mention to Ms. Sabrina who helped us to check in, book a spa session, and even to cross the road to get to our Grab hired car. The location is ideal. The weekend night market is literally at the doorstep of the hotel, Hoan Kiem Lake is just 2 minutes' walk away, and all the major Old Quarter shopping streets are within a short walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed, making for a comfortable stay during our five days in Hanoi. We would definitely recommend Oriental Suites Hotel to travelers looking to stay in the Old Quarter.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean, the bathroom is comfortable, and the food is delicious, although we only dared to eat fruit (not halal food). We will come back to this hotel again.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Nice and comfortable room. I have a small suggestion regarding the bathroom: the spray is strong and difficult to adjust the level - I hope the hotel will adjust this to improve the guest experience.

Hannah was over and beyond in customer service and other front desk staff were great as well. The hotel is nice, but if you are a window lover, it does not have windows opening outside.
