Room felt neglected, low on shampoo and conditioner, ac didn’t really work.

Our go to hotel in Napa valley, 3 straight years we have been staying here.. love it here because our dogs can stay w us, also free breakfast , charging station is also nice.. will stay here again next year

Staff helpful, clean rooms, quiet, great breakfast. Room was bright and cheerful. Bed and pillows were excellent.

This hotel and staff are amazing. We had the king suite room which had a good layout with plenty of sitting space. There was no charge for parking and the breakfast buffet was very generous.

Very comfortable stay and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Not worth the price

The property is in need of a refresh. The rooms are kind of dark. The property is a beautiful property it just seems like you are staying in some cheap stay place and the prices they charge aren’t cheap.

We found a snake in the room, the staff dealt with it well, she said Expedia will refund the room charge back to me; I will wait and see
