Everyone was really nice and helpful. The place was clean and breakfast was amazing. No complaints! Actually only that the hot tub was out of service but not a biggie.

The condition of this place was very disappointing. It felt extremely run-down, and the beds were uncomfortably firm—almost like sleeping on a concrete slab with just a thin pillow top. Unfortunately, it did not meet basic comfort expectations.

The stay was great! Room was what expected, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, great assortment and staff was really friendly. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working and that put a damper on my mini trip. Was looking forward to unwind and that didn’t happen. Oh well everything else was great.

Hotel was under construction when we went there was drywall dust scattered in the hallway. Hot tub was broken. Water damage in our room. Would never stay here again.

The staff was nice and very accommodating, but the rooms were not good. The dirty wall dirty floors. The floors were disgusting. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but I didn’t feel unsafe, but unfortunately, I will not be staying back at this location. It just is not clean.

Hotel room felt outdated and dirty. There was no soap in the bathroom for the shower. There was what looked like a blood stain on the carpet near the foot of one of the beds. Paint was peeling and looked like the walls hadn't been cleaned in ages. You could see bolts in the ceiling. Maybe I'm being picky but I would think for the price we paid that the least we could expected is that our room would be clean and nice. Staff was friendly though.

The worst place I've ever stayed. I'd stay in Deming in The LaQuinta over this place. The building is next to train tracks, and the train goes by every 2 hours, it's loud and shakes the building. The walls are stained, and have water damage that hasnt been addressed. There was missing tile on the floor, there was oil drips on the walls, a shoe print on the ceiling, carpet so nasty it had an inch thick of dust all around the room and dust so thock on the lamps you could see it with your eyes, dog piss all over the carpet and all over the furniture, the AC was screeching all night, and then kept shutting off. Im sure it needs to be replaced. The walls in the. Athroom look like there is mold growing. The walls look like people are vaping in them, and I ended up having severe allergy attack after being in the room 10 minutes. The placenis very run down, and is not labled as non pet friendly, but it is. It shouldnt be, they dont have staff to properly care for the rooms to remove the filth from the room or clean the carpets or dist, nothing. So disturbing.

Hotel was in poor condition. Floors were dirty, rooms were run down. Stained sheets and furniture. Shower head barely worked. Coffeemaker didn’t work in the room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Carpets were filthy and stained. Needs a HUGE renovation. I would never stay there again.

The front desk person did not put our info into the system properly. We had 2 rooms rented for the night and when our daughter and her family checked in they sent them up to the wrong room. The front desk person came up to open the door of the room they could not get into. They open Ed the door and it was someone else’s room. Then the front desk person decides it’s a good idea at midnight to call our room to apologize for opening doors that were wrong. And, called our daughter after mid night as well to apologize… our young grandkids were woken up with the phone call. Needless to say, we will not be back. After all the trouble they didn’t offer to discount our rate or offer an apology at the desk this morning. Nothing!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hot tub wasn't working properly so that was a bit disappointing. Our shower needed a new shower head. The bed was very firm and we did not sleep well.
