Everyone we interacted with from the front desk to the cafe to housekeeping were amazing at their jobs, friendly, and accomodating. They all deserve a raise. Thank you Erye Square, we'll be back

Perfect location for exploring Galway. Staff was very responsive..

The breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent. The rooms are quite small, bathrooms are cramped, no controllable air conditioning in the rooms.

Lovely receptionists , lovely decor, room were comfortable and in central Galway.

GREAT location. Friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights and the fire alarm went off both days, including 6:14am the second day. Apparently, it was related to the heat. Also, the window shade was frayed, allowing a lot of light through. Other than these issues, the hotel was good. Convenient to restaurants, shops, tours, buses and trains. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location. There was mold on one of the pillows which wasn't noticed until sleeping and smelling foul smell so pillow was turned over and mold was found

Basic stay was fine, however breakfast was just OK. We had dinner there the second night and that was awful. I ordered chicken Marsala and I got a whole pile of egg noodles with some white meat chicken strips and some cooked spinach. I don’t know what cookbook they were using but it was certainly not Chicken Marsala. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

The room is spacious with great amenities. Beautiful bathroom - modern and spacious as well. Free street side parking was helpful. Location was perfect with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Delicious breakfast

Room was okay - not super clean and not accurate to the photos. The area was loud on week day mornings - around 4 AM we could here vans being unloaded out front.

Perfect location with everything you need within a walkable distance, including the bus and train station. The staff was very friendly, room was perfect size and clean with everything working great, and the restaurant was great also.

Front desk staff and bartenders were excellent and friendly, especially bartender Hugh in particular.

The hotel is simple but that’s really all you need in Galway. Housekeeping made sure I had water and towels daily even if I didn’t require service. However, the staff in the restaurant are hit and miss. Had a fantastic bartender one night, and then around noon the next day i sat at the bar for 20min before walking out because nobody that walked by even acknowledged me. You’ll also overhear staff talking about their nights out and how hungover they are. If this doesn’t bother you, whatever. Was just a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Decent place to stay in walking distance to all locations and tour pickups are nearby. Would stay again, but probably wouldn’t bother with the restaurant.
