The room has 3 beds, it doesn't feel too cramped, but it's not too spacious either, just enough to put 3 suitcases. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is okay.

just drag yourself to Pratunam, the good thing here is that it's still crowded even in the middle of the night, I've stayed here several times in BKK, the room is ok, the service is ok, the area is ok, in front of Sevel, you can find anything to eat and it's close... there are no photos because the hotel wasn't photographed🤭

Dirty hotel, bad refrigerator, no room cleaning, no deposit returned to guests. Let guests ask for it but they give it back but not happy. Too bad. 1 star

I rarely rate any service but this is probably the last time I stay at Citin Pratunam Hotel... I am a trader first the hotel is located in the Pratunam market area so they should understand that this is an area for traders who are required to pack their goods. But the new policy of the hotel is that they do not allow packing in the room at any time, even in the lobby. If you want to pack your goods, you have to go to the extremely sunny hotel yard to carry the goods back and forth, which is very inconvenient and easy to lose (I lost my goods)... second the hotel elevator when using it requires a room card, it also requires a card to use electricity but they only give you 1 card (if you ask for another card, they will make an appointment for tomorrow but when you go down and ask, they say there is no extra to give) which means if you want to go somewhere, all the people in the room have to go or after going, you have to come down to pick them up. wonder what if one person wants to go and one person wants to sleep and said. always the elevator must be tested to use it very well (I added a special request that I wanted 2 keys in English for 1 week but they still didn't give it) the 2nd time is also the last time

Hotel buat para jastipers, room spacenya dapet, bersih, wifi ok, cuma sayangnya agak masuk hotelnya jadi sulit harus jalan kaki 2 menit ke depan untuk dapat transportasi umum.

Terletak di area pratunam night market, surganya fashion dan kuliner. Kemana-mana deket, hotelnya bersih dan so far bisa direkomendasikan untuk stay di sini lagi.

The hotel is located at the end of a narrow alley. Both cars and people were very chaotic. Quite hard to find, far from airport link and BTS. Old hotel, old rooms not renovated. Loud noise from outside.

Very good experience to stay here. Good Location, 600 M to bts station, 500 M to Platinum. But little bit difficult access by car. Hotel is very clean but slipery on the bathroom.

All good, very near to pratunam market, platinum, and 711. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean!
