This place was more magical than I could have imagined. The decor, the ambience, the staff, the rooms, all of it a delightful experience. It's such a serene, peaceful, relaxing place in the middle of the historic area of town. I can't say enough about what a beautiful facility Dona Urraca is. It holds a special place in my heart!

Bonito hotel, muy centrico e impecable. Los desayunos incluidos son bastos y sabrosos. Me encantaron los jardines y la alberca. El servicio es muy amable. Lo unico que me gustaria que mejoraran es el frigobar; no enfria bien las bebidas, pero sin duda volveria a este lindo lugar.

Beautiful hacienda-type property. Clean. Hallways smell like spa. Authentic Mexican breakfast included. Friendly staff. Great drinks at the bar. Centrally located. Pool is cold and the hot tub at the pool is also cold.

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and offered a peaceful retreat. One of the highlights was the couples massage at the spa-it was professionally done, leaving us both refreshed and stress-free. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Property has a nice tranquil feeling. Front desk staff very pleasant. Restaurant staff seemed a little cool though. Lighting in the bathroom over the sink needs some improvement!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern und viel Charme

La ubicación es excelente, puedes llegar caminando a varios atractivos, muchos restaurantes y bares al rededor y el hotel es maravilloso! las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas suavecitas (se aprecia después de andar caminando todo el día), la alberca climatizada es enorme, muy tranquilo y el servicio excelente en todos los departamentos, desde la recepción, el bar, botones, restaurante, etc. todos siembre muy amables y listos para ayudarte. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en esta propiedad y nos encanta! Mi única observación es que hay muchos mosquitos en las áreas públicas (tal vez por la época del año) pero en la recepción siempre tienen repelente que te pueden prestar para que te apliques. Totalmente recomendado cuando visitas Querétaro!

Tiene un muy buena ubicación. El A.C no trabajaba , la regadera está tapado y salía muy poca agua , dos focos en el lavabo y un foco fundido. Me cambiaron de cuarto y el neumático del agua o un motor del A.C de algún cuarto vibraba en la madrugada y no dejo descansar …..

Alberca helada! Como hielo! No era así antes! Desayuno lento y nos tocó una persona con mal actitud. Los de recepción muy correctos y profesionales.
