The room clean is not very good. Need order next clean service. Otherwise, no clean. Also never fill the tissue and toilet paper. We stay one week. It is not good.

The stay here was surprising! The hotel will only clean your room if you request it, and even then it might choose not to at their own discretion. The hotel won't clean your room, unless vehemently requested to. The hotel, may, at its own discretion, choose to not fulfill your request.

Very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection. On two mornings, the fruit was already spoiled and fermented. If you came a bit later, there was often not enough food left. Sleeping at night was nearly impossible because the room windows faced the railway and tram tracks, making it extremely noisy. The room itself was not properly maintained—there was trash under the bed, the room was not cleaned on any of the days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed, and even basic hygiene supplies, including toilet paper, were not replenished. We also asked if breakfast could be prepared for takeaway on our last day, but the hotel refused without offering any solution. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 4.5-star rating. The experience was far below expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

Large hotel just across from a train and tram station. Nicely spacious rooms with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Great value!

There was hardly any choice – even simple options for children, such as pancakes, were not available. Only one type of omelet was offered, and everything felt very basic. If you arrived later for breakfast, much of the food was already gone and was not properly replenished. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed linen had visible stains, there was dust and rubbish under the bed, and the wardrobe doors had strange red stains that looked like blood. The refrigerator was not working, and neither was the air conditioning. Our room faced directly onto the metro, tram, and train lines, making it almost impossible to sleep because of the constant noise. Daily housekeeping was supposed to be included, but during our five-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. The bed linen was never changed, and tea and coffee supplies were never refilled. At the coffee station, there were even used empty coffee cups left out. We had booked and paid for a larger, more comfortable room, but all the rooms we received were identical, with no sign of the upgraded category we had reserved. The service was poor overall. We requested takeaway breakfast because we had an early flight, but the hotel refused to prepare anything for us. The hallways were also dirty, the promised bathrobes were missin

The breakfast was amazing large area, vegan options staff were friendly and very helpful. Front Desk staff very helpful. The saunas and steam room were perfect. the Gym had lots of equipment to satisfy any workout. The massage had to be booked well ahead to bring someone in and sadly our last night there was a private function planned for the Sauna areas, which we thought was weird, regardless we didnt know about it so we were disappointed to not detox our last evenin in the saunas

REALLY NICE AND FRIENDLY STAF AND EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

Very nice hotel, very clean, safe, and convenient to the event I attended.

Good size room, spotless clean, wi-fi was occasionally slow. Staff at reception very nice and efficient. Excellent access to public transit and quick easy walk to Velodrome. Main complaint is air conditioning lacking and although it was cool at night window barely opened to cool down room. Room service stops too early. Also no USB charger port in room.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and again it was wonderful! The room was spacious and well appointed and the sauna area is has both a Bio and a Finnish Sauna as well as a steam room. The gym is well equipped. The location is an easy tram ride from Berlin HBF that goes through Alexanderplatz.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean, right next to the train station and a tram line, plus a supermarket across the road. Set up a birthday surprise too which was perfect!

Hotel was decent. Coffee in the room was only decaf.

A great stay at a hotel with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, with good transportation connections.

Excellent stay, the room was spotless, I really loved the combination of colours, had excellent sleep and, to my surprise , the bathroom offered both a bath tub and a shower, all the amenities , mini bar provided; Even though the hotel seemed to be pretty populated plus other events taking place (conferences etc ) there was a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere throuoght the hotel and the vast elegant lobby ; For the smokers : there is also an indoor smoking area called " Smoker s Lounge " Didn t try the breakfast but I m sure it was all good standard. Moreover, tram and train just steps away from the hotel plus pharmacies and a Rewe for different groceries, a petrol station just around the corner and even a Burger King for whoever fancies it. Seamless check in experience, same for check out, personnel very nice and welcoming will definitely stay again, as a matter of fact, I already know when I m coming back :)
