The pool area was closed. No trash bins in the room. Bathroom needs an update. Pillows were old. Breakfast was all cold.

Close to the beach and night life

The room was dusty when we arrived and we had to ask them to clean it again. The furniture was in a bad state (very old) and there were build works in a house next to our room that woke us up very early. The hotel didn't offer any compensation. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good though.

Spent a lovely 5 days here in a room with balcony overlooking docks and beach. 4 out of 5 stars only because the bed was rather hard and we like self catering and really needed more utensils. Clean towels more regularly would also have been appreciated.

We booked apart hotel, we didnt arrive till late, booking in was good, we left our case in the room, went for a drink in the bar, got back to our room, no cooking utensils, plates, cups nothing, we checked out the next day, got told there was a notice to say call reception if need be, that was in Spannish, told then we dont speak spannish, when we booked we booked in english, the sign should have been in both

Car park was "broken" (what a joke) despite this being a main reason for booking this hotel. Room was supposed to be "non smoking" but could smell smoke, bedside lamp was broken and was dangerous, one lift was broken, rubbish on the stairs, staff at breakfast disrespectful

Helaas geen zwembad, geen bar en geen restaurant open! Alleen ontbijt en dat was het enige redelijke aan dit hotel. Studio met lege keuken en slecht sluitende buitendeur. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard. In vergelijking met alle hotels op onze reis is dit de slechtste en voor ons 1 ster.

No recomiendo este hotel a pesar de estar cerca de la playa. Habitación maloliente, sucia y servicios mínimos (secador no funcionaba, ascensor). El desayuno de baja calidad, con tortilla congelada y bollería dura.

Grosses Zimmer, sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage. Pool sauber und schön. Frühstück exzellent, sehr große Auswahl. Lediglich Spiegel bzw Rührei habe ich vermisst. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit im Bad verbesserungswürdig. Fussboden fleckig, Haare und andere nicht erwünschte Dinge.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft mit Halbpension gebucht und mich nach der langen Reise auf einen Abendessen vor Ort gefreut, doch leider war das Restaurant noch geschlossen! Wie kann man ein Zimmer mit Halbpension vermieten, wenn das Restaurant überhaupt nicht verfügbar ist? Man hat mir 15 € als Ausgleich gegeben, aber das war eine Riesen Enttäuschung.

Worn out hotel- restaurants closed. Small kitchen where all the plates, knives etc were not in the cupboards but just trown in a stack in the corner. Clean but careless

Sin problema muy bien

Nous n’étions pas rassurés en réservant vu les évaluations. Nous avons pourtant passé un super séjour. Le personnel de chambre est très agréable et disponible. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Seuls petits bémols: pour la vaisselle, il n’y a qu’un exemplaire (une assiette, un couteau, une tasse etc) par personne. Ce n’est pas très pratique et ça cause une consommation d’eau énorme puisqu’il fallait à chaque fois laver. L’éclairage sur le balcon ne fonctionne pas pour de nombreux logements. Nous étions donc dans le noir le soir sur le balcon (nos voisins aussi).

El hotel se encuentra entre la playa y el centro de Mazagón, una ubicación estupenda para prescindir de coger el coche. Los apartamentos están muy bien, son muy cómodos y espaciosos, aunque ya necesitan una renovación. Lo mejor de todo es la piscina en la última planta, con vistas espectaculares. Volveremos

Mi experiencia ha sido buena, ya había estado anteriormente y repetí por la ubicación y la relación calidad-precio.
