Staff very friendly and helpful.

The check in took almost 1 hour long. The place didn’t have a front desk and had issues processing my tax payment that I don’t understand why I didn’t paid everything at once.

The room was SUPER nice and staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The place was clean, safe, and very quiet. It was a nice stay and I would recommend. Only disclaimer is that it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Didnt get pillows or balnkets to later at night. Property manger wouldnt help us and had to contact expedia to tell him to help us.

The room does not have a single window, or lite source literally feels claustrophobic. Host is nice, furniture is modern and comfortable. But if u r claustrophobic do not consider it.

It’s perfect place to sleep!

Not so good. The room smells bad, there were bugs in the room and the shower door wasn’t closing properly.

By far the best stay for a family of 5. Friendliest staff clean rooms and a 20 minute pleasant walk from the main square. Parking is road parking but ample of spaces around the block. Highly recommended for comfort on a family trip

The worst possible experience for a hotel… found ants in the room, and notified them and they came in a sprayed the room. It was full of pesticides and they would not give us another room…. Did not feel safe.

Though we like the property, the Air conditioning was not good. It took long time to cool the room . Otherwise excellent choice

Para lo que pagamos estubo bien, limpieza de 8, servia todo, la maquina dispensadora de cafe es la unica que esta mal, toallas suficiente y limpias, agua caliente, jabon, shampoo, gel de baño, cama queen y sofa cama por cuarto

チェックインの際のルカの対応はとても良かったと感じます。 レジデンスなので、他のサービスは特にないのが当たり前ですがお湯を沸かす電子ケトルくらいの付帯はあっても良いかなと思いました。
